Get Rid of Blackheads

Ways to Remove Blackheads:

Blackheads are the real nightmares in a woman’s life. Nobody ever wants them on their nose or any other part of their face.
I personally hate the greasiness on my nose due to these tiny demons called “Blackheads”.

Causes of Blackheads:

Blackheads are tiny bumps on our face especially on the nose. These are the case of mild acne. Due to their dark color they are called as blackheads.

We have tiny pores on our skin. These are actually hair follicles. Each pore has a sebaceous gland which secrets sebum (oil).

  • Dead skin cells and oil collect in our pores, producing a bump. If skin covers this bump, it is called as whiteheads.  But if it is exposed to air, it is known as blackhead.
  • Blackhead also forms when dirt from air and oil from our pores combine.
  • Excessive use of body oils.
  • Not washing our face properly.
  • Excessive use of makeup.
  • Not taking care of our skin.
  • Not removing makeup properly.

 Main Problem!

Internet is brimming with a lot of remedies to get rid of blackheads. Using toothpaste along with baking soda is recommended by majority.

I tried almost all those remedies but the results were not satisfactory.

All the remedies didn’t even remove a single blackhead. They were still right there on my nose with all their glory UGGGGHHH…
DISAPPOINTMENT, DISAPPOINTMENT, DISAPPOINTMENT.

I was so hopeless at that time and started thinking; there is no possibility to remove these stubborn blackheads at home.
One day an idea came across my mind, as I am always ready to do new things so I decided to act upon my idea immediately.
I was totally surprised by the results. That actually worked.

I am going to tell you what I did and how you can also remove blackheads at home using different ways.

There are different ways to remove blackheads but the initial steps discussed below are same in each way.

Different Ways to Remove Blackheads At Home:

Initial steps:

Things you’ll need:

  • Microwave friendly Bowl
  • Water
  • Clean small Towel

Method:

  1. Take water in a microwave friendly bowl.
  2. Heat it for about 30 seconds.
  3. Dip the towel in it.
  4. Place it on your face especially the area with blackheads.
  5. Press it gently on your face.
  6. Repeat these steps until your skin softens and pores are open.

Different Ways to Remove Blackheads:

Through Scrubbing:

  1. Apply your favorite scrub on your face.
  2. You can choose the scrub that suits your skin.
  3. You can also make your own scrub at home. I have written the complete recipe of homemade scrub and methods of exfoliation. How to Exfoliate Your Body?
  4. Rub an ice cube on your face.
Note:
This step is really important because your pores are open due to heat, so dirt can easily get into them.
Ice will help your pores to shrink.

Through Baking Soda:

  • Things you will need:
  • Baking Soda 1 Tablespoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tablespoons

Process:

  1. Take baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar in it.
  3. Apply this mixture on your face.
  4. Let it dry completely for about 25-20 minutes.
  5. Gently massage your face in circular motion.
  6. Then wash your face.
  7. Repeat the steps if the blackheads are not properly removed.
  8. Rub an ice cube all over your face.

Through Blackheads removing tool:

  1. After giving steam to your face, take a blackhead removing tool.
  2. Press it on your nose or any other area where you’ve blackheads and remove all your blackheads.
  3. Rub an ice cube all over your face.

Note:

If you have some idea about removing these tiny demons, do share it in the comment section.
