Affordable
clothing
In this modern era where people
anxiously wait for the new volume of their favorite clothing brand, there are
some people who can’t even afford those branded cloths. Everything is
expensive. So people simply switch to replicas of those brands.
I wanna make a few things very very
very clear to those people who use replicas that these replicas are simply
don’t worth it. They are just wastage of your money.
If you buy a replica dress the
first thing you have to bear is, poor quality.
The factories that make replicas
dodge people by saying, their cloths are exactly like branded cloths and they
attract their customers by their low prices. People get easily attracted by
their prices.
But the reality is they have no
match with brand quality, embroidery, print, design and even colors.
They don’t even hesitate to change
the design. I have seen a lot of replicas in market with devastated original
designs.
The other disadvantage of replicas
is, their color fade very quickly and sometimes with a single wash. It looks
just like an old cloth in just 1 or 2 months and yes it is a bitter reality
about replicas.
This blog is especially for those
people who want to save money on clothing and still wanna look classy.
How you can make and design your
own clothes in low budget and save a lot of money?
I am going to tell you different
ways to make and design your own cloths.
Colors:
First of all you have to decide the
desired colors for your clothes. You can get assistance from internet.
Pinterest is one of the most useful apps regarding this. You can search
different color schemes for different seasons.
You can play with different colors
and make a wide range of combinations each season.
For winter:
You can select warm colors for
winters. As they are more heat absorbent, they give you a feeling of warmth.
Most people like dark colors for winter. Maroon, mustard, brown, black, grey,
navy blue are some of the colors for winter.
For summer:
Cool colors are blessings for
summer season. They are heat reflecting colors and also have a cooling effect
on eyes. Sky blue, white, yellow, grass green, royal blue, mauve, turquoise etc
are some examples of cool colors.
Design:
Second step after color selection
is selecting a design for your dress.
You can make:
- ·
Simple plain shirts
- ·
Frocks
- ·
Dress shirts
- ·
Ponchos
With
- ·
Cigarette pants
- ·
Plazzo Pants
- ·
Flare trousers
- ·
Tights
- ·
Jeans etc
The benefit of this type of
clothing is you can play around with colors. You can also design you dress in
three different plain colors and that is trendy as well.
These are some sample pictures for idea.
Cloth:
Once you have decided your colors
and design for your dress, now it’s time to decide and buy cloth.
This is the most important step in
making and designing your own cloths.
First thing you should keep in mind
that you have to buy cloth that is not so poor in quality. There is a wide
range of cloths in market with different qualities. Select a good piece of
cloth with high quality fabric.
You can have plain cloth as well as
printed cloth with some trendy floral or geometric prints. It is completely up
to you.
If you want to make a simple shirt
without any designing then you can simply purchase a cloth for a shirt piece.
But if you want to make frock or make some designing on your shirt then you
will have to purchase some extra piece other than shirt piece. It will be
around Rs.399.
Same will be the case with
trousers. If you are going to make simple trouser then a trouser piece will be
enough but for plazzos or flare trousers you will need more cloth. It will
hardly cost you Rs.999 for one dress. I bought 3 shirt pieces and 3 trousers
pieces and it cost me Rs.1450 only.
Get cloths in different colors and
get them stitched in different designs some trousers and some shirts or frocks
and wear by mixing them in different combinations. Believe me it
will save a lot of money and you can buy other stuff with it.
For western Dressing:
Frocks, tops and shirts can simply
go with jeans and plazzos. You can simply make a cardigan on those tops. It
will keep your game high.
Second way:
If you have some spare printed
dubattas you can simply make plain shalwar qameez or frocks with them. For
instance: plain black or white shalwar suit with a multi colored dubatta is a
deadly contrast.
The other way to use those dubattas
is you can make gown using those dubattas with plain short shirts.
By doing this you can simply make a
lot of dresses with a wide range and choices of combinations. And you can save
a lot of money as well.
Save this post this will really
help you.
